I would imagine it to be quite a lot better. I have run 35s for years with standard hubs and never had an issue. The old GQ use to cop a hiding as it was basically setup as a play rig and its hubs still worked as per normal. Never saw any wear to cause alarm and I had it apart quite a few times doing wheel bearings and seals cos I would torture them.

One of my OEM hubs has been jamming up recently. Once I have locked it I have to use pliers to unlock it. I'm yet to pull it apart and check it out.

I'm still running the original hubs. I've destroyed CV's and snapped a short side axle, but never a genuine hub. I have always had one of thse hub strengthening rings too.

I bought a Joolca ensuite shower tent. I've been waiting and hoping they'd change it from the bright blue colour, but no luck, so blue it is!
This thing goes up pretty easy and will offer us some privacy when camped near others. It seems like pretty good quality, but time and use will tell. I also bought the hose and shower rose kit that can stay in the tent when it is folded up, this will make it pretty quick and easy to setup for overnighters only. I'll get my glind heat exchanger and thermostatic mixing valve set up in the patrol this weekend, ready for a 6 week trip departing next weekend

I've got the same tent, it's the one I had set up at AB's donk party on MB's property. It's a bloody awesome shower tent!
I've got the shower rose too but haven't used that yet.

Yesterday I ordered some kevlar sleeves for my firestone coil rite bags. Quoted price from some re-sellers $170+. Direct from airbag man $75. Also got the correct spacers for my lift. Only ordered after lunch and arrived today.... QLD address on the invoice sent to Vic not bad delivery time. Highly recommend the service there, online chat was good and then on the phone no fuss and knew there products.

I also finally ordered this week some gas bonnet struts off eBay. I should have done that 5 years ago as it would have saved a few head knocks, a lot of pain in the arse stuffing around and an iPad screen.
