    Funny story.
I was at low energy developments shop literally half an hour ago , they had a massive range of victron stuff ...
The first post I see after opening Tapatalk is your post about Victron. Lol.

If you don't & ever need to remove the hose you will likely find it is seized in. I had to replace the cylinder head & hose. (Good availability & at a reasonable cost - & easy to fit - the Boss supplier is excellent with after sales service). Also get yourself a decent one way valve from Enzed or similar, I had 2 Boss supplied ones fail. Great compressors though.

Thanks Cuppa, good reminder about compatible metals. I have an SMC pneumatic check valve from when I had the reservoir tank in play. Currently removed as i bashed a hole in it on a hills trip. I have the braided hose as well. It is certainly a monster, but still on site, have not seen it, BUT THE WIFE HAS! Yes, I know she has because of the TONE in her voice. I will use either a tank I have at home or get one knocked up as a custom on site.

I *think* the problem was that with the heat generated in the cylinder head, that over time the chrome plating lets go & when you try to unscrew the the hose it jams up the thread.

Evening Cuppa. I'd say your spot on mate.
It's worse than stainless on stainless when that happens..

Coming soon to the "what did you do to your patrol today" thread.

Not a big purchase but it'll be nice to have some of the music coming out at a level I can actually hear it. Going to pop them in the A pillars.

Also very impressed they come with 3 mounting options.

Got motivated after I posted that and got a start on them tonight. When I'm done I'll have a look and see if there's already a thread on it and if not I'll do a quick write up.
