CRAP! I got wind of this last night by Jane. Couldn't believe it so quick phone call to AB to confirm the next donk party...lol

I think the aim should be for a new crate motor (if they still available from Japan)

I'm sure the forum will come to the party to get a new donk and come to the donk party to enjoy a few litres of moonshine.

We won't really know until the motor is out and the head is off. At least a bottom end though.

Does the account take manual bank transfers. I have been caught out before. And which bank is it, to avoid transfer fees?

Seeing as theres holes in the block it's not rebuildable. Head maybe salvageable but new motor will need to be sourced. Be interesting to get the crank out tho. .

I've been reluctant to comment here and to be honest feel embarrassed of having a donation thread for me but you guys are awesome and from the bottom of my heart a million and one thank you's for helping me!!!

The shed has been cleaned out, dropped all coolant, no need to drop oil...lol

Bonnet off, all set up to strip this engine and find out what the hell has happened and what to do next.

Positive note, I have concrete to work on!!!

Going to be a long road ahead but I'm committed to getting this back on the road and go camping again.
