So my shift just went from a nice easy 3-11pm to a 12hr shift covering the worst section for breakdowns

Nearly fell asleep on the drive home..

Too many times I've gotten home on autopilot, scary sh!t that.
I make sure that I always have something to eat on the way home. A few pieces of fruit keeps me busy.

And the good old 630 wake up call..
I managed another hour till 730 but up for good now..

It does bit it farks your the next night..
I feel bad though..
Monday night I left the night shift blokes with a farked bearing on the 60" chipper..
Could smell it all night and we checked every gearbox, belts etc etc..
Didn't even suspect the bearing as it had only been replaced 2 months ago..
Farked their night though..
200mm shaft bearing on the end of a 1.5T chipper disk..

Well staying on for another 4hr ot. .
Little one has been throwing up though so tomorrow is off to look after them..
