We can all meet at my place if you want gents no probs.
Coffee at bakery then hit the road!
If we get in early set up, get firewood, etc we could do a sneaky Friday arvo drive too.
Let's aim at 8am but we'll finalise exact times next week?

Sounds good. What's the deal with food? We bring our own etc? Will we do communal cooking?

Mb is doing a tasty entree but I'm guessing self cook up mate. We should really do a communal roast too but there's a lot of people and I'm time poor in organising things...lol
If someone feels like taking charge on roast and veg for 40+ we can all chip in $$$$

Yeah that would be a big job and I'm not keen on that... I nearly ruined roast dinner for 4 blokes in the dessert, imagine if I ruined roast dinner for 40 blokes!
Happy to do our own thing, might get a little bit fancy with a full kitchen though!

We have a fully set up room with commercial kitchen, fryer, microwaves, ovens, etc...
I agree lets just go nuts on our own food.
