Bloody Banks. Made sure when we took 2nd morgage, No fees if paid out early' . No problem, they said. FWD 5 years. $250 'admin' fee. Oh, and if you'd like an A4 sheet of paper with 'title' written on it, another $250. Thanks very much. It's our friggin title, hand it over.

Yep understand the frustration, paid ours off leaving a $1 balance, so the line of credit remained and no early exit fee. Just have to be ahead of the game a bit and play them at the same game. No doubt when we pull the pin here and downsize, we will get hit with the same frustration you are experiencing,.

We've had about 20ml in the last 2 , my uncles farm at Neerim nth ( between Warragul & Noojee ) has had NEARLY 100ml for July & had 100ml for June . Just won't rain at home ,the trip up the snow was evident if the dry conditions- rivers that are normally over the bonnet were barley bottom of the rim deep .

Long way from you guys but we had almost no rainfall in June and over 130mm for July and August looks like it is going to be very wet.
