We ate it fairly regularly as a child, mainly roasted or smoked. Really can’t remember if it tasted like beef as the only other option was pork or poultry. Beef was limited to milk producing cows and the the bull calves were turned into veal pretty quickly.Hahahaa yup it’ll be my first horse
How is it? Beefy?
I pretty much eat (or try) everything but draw the line at eating anything that eats meat (seafood excluded).
