Ex telstra
Hi everyone,
Just bought my first patrol, an ex telstra Gu 2014. Any one had much experience with their dual battery setups? Slowly taking it apart and finding some pretty interesting wiring going on.
CHeers.

CHeers.
When I bought mine ('06 model) I was the the 2nd owner, so it hadn't been mucked with by anyone else.
The second battery was set up very conventionally with a Redarc SBI12 Voltage Sensitive relay (VSR).
There was (& still is) all sorts of extra wiring they had for remote comms etc but the dual battery setup was pretty straight forward.
I removed the 2nd battery from mine as I'd fityed plenty of other battery capacity & didn't need the extra weight.

CHeers for that. Ive started to remove all the redunant wiring now. It has the same Redarc SBI12 installed so should be pretty straight forward.
