    Hi all,

I've been working on this gadget over the past few months however there isn't much desire/support for it on the forum so I'm a bit confused if I should continue development.

Nah it's a winner mate. I've been wondering how you were going with it. They will sell like mad on ebay

Can anyone supply me a high resolution photo of the clock connector. At the moment I can't find out who makes it which means you would have to cut the factory connector off to fit my unit. Options?

@PeeBee did you get a photo of the clock plug?
Obviously getting the right plug would be a winner but I don't think it would be a big deal to have to solder it in.

No photo taken, and I am not sure I could get a good one even if I pulled the dash apart again. I have attached a couple of photos of the back of my replacement clock. The socket for the plug is 13mm wide x 11mm long - this is the cavity with the pins. the cavity depth is 13mm. The overall plug dimensions with the spring loaded clip is 17mm x 10mm wide. Difficult to measure the pins, would guess they are 3mm x 1mm thick. They appear to be on a 4mm x 4mm centreline pitching in the centre line of the longest dimension, and 5mm centreline from the non clip end.DSC02081.JPGDSC02082.JPG
