    SOLVED:
Ended up just using a pressure gunge I use for checking water mains pressure when I'm fixing retic systems. Has 25psi at idle (maunal says should be 43psi) and would drop to 18 when reving it up with no load. So bad pump.

I've replaced it and now it runs like a champ.

Did you have to drop the tank to access the pump?

Yeah, but I meant it makes a PITA of a job when there is an LRA tank, as in my case.
The LPG tank has taken the spot of the original main tank. LRA tank has taken the spot of the original
    auxiliary tank(I think).

I was planning to cut a hole to access the LRA tank(the only tank in my case) but turned out it is just under the back seat. I gave up 'cos it is bit of PITA to do that as well.
Dropping the tank was a good move in my case 'cos I was able to do some work on the tank and also added a redundancy external pump(which is the running one atm as my el cheapo approach to keep the intank pump didn't work out well and it started failing on and off.

The next project is to pull the back seat out and cut that access hole.
