Hmm not me. Im doing Dry July so its only for this month. I started early so I can finish before the snow trip... Lol.
But we'll see after this what happens whether I stay off or not. I have a drink every night, just a glass or two of wine, not much, but thats what I grew up with. Italian family, my dad would have a glass or two of red every night, now I do it.

I think the hardest part is breaking habits. I used to always have a beer when I got home from work and that was a hard habit to break.
Worst one for me though was eating while watching TV. Kept telling myself I was hungry when really I was bored. Now I will go for a walk or read something instead.

No booze & no sugar ?! Kill me now . You must have your reasons & good on you for doing it. When I split up with my 1st missus I got blind drunk a few times - it doesn't fix any problems but it gives your head a break from dealing with it all for a few hrs , then I made a decision to stop drinking all together - I had a fair bit going on so needed a clear head , not that I drank much anyway just 1 or 2 stubbies a night but if I didn't stop I think I would've gone the other way & just drank all the time . Had about 3 months off it & felt great . Was bloody hard because I was working away at the time & living with a heap of blokes in a house just up the rd from the pub , we'd have tea their most nights but I just drank lemonade . Once I got things sorted I went back to 1 or 2 a night .

Snow down to 800m this weekend, and looks like it's going to be a very cold week.
We might have picked a perfect weekend here gents! We will be driving up over 1500m on Saturday!
