Do you just want to borrow one for testing?

The ZD30 TCU shifts much earlier than the TB45 unit. I've just fitted a ZD30 unit to mine and like the way it changes early with the TD42.

    How early is early?
I need a new one either way as the computer I got was DOA

Pretty much like driving a ZD30 with a lower TPS setting.

What do mean by computer DOA? The TCU or ECU?
i assume you're aware that TB45E or ZD30 TCU goes into limp if not connected to the ECU.

Anyway, I have a TB45E TCU I can sell. Original from my 4500 Ti has done 140k. PM me an offer if you're interested.

Dead On Arrival - Is a tcm2800 new one should be here soon
Yea I still run the rd28 computer and lucky enough rd28 with auto was an option overseas so the body loom is all wired up for it. Got myself a zd30 tcu plugged straight into it and it runs pretty good, if I didn't already by the tcm2800 id keep the zd one in place haha
