We’re happy to have met great new friends from this ripper forum @katwoman & Steve :-) Tried to run the old usually faithful Firey down tonight to Gippsland for some Safari TLC off Steve. 2.5km from home and fuel issues roadside stopped that adventure:-( Steve too kind and generous was ready to hook up a car trailer for a 5+ hour round trip like the Legend he is!!
1 x Firetruck coming your way now folks :-) Littlest LB can cuddle your beaut new pup again Kat one day but unfortunately not today :-) Cheers you two Legends!!

Having a go at giving up smoking well for now heavily reducing intake.

I've only had 6 smokes today whereas I would've had 20 by now.

I don't want to go cold turkey just yet as my current situation I could flip out...lol

Yeah it's not too bad, get the urges push through it for a few minutes, get your mind elsewhere and the urge comes back an hour later so I'll be happy to half my intake from 25-30 to 10-15 a day for a bit and work on cutting that back once I am used to that intake.

Not just health but christ I just can't afford it!

I used to smoke 34/45 per day and gave it up about 7/8 years ago.

25-30 a day ! That is half my intake .
Took six months to get over the side affects of being on oxy contin for a few years so you think giving up smoking would be a snap , not so I admire your effort AB .

A little helpful tip just found too bro, was hanging for one on the long way back now, stopped into a bottleO and grabbed a pack of their hottest Perri Perri Jerky.
Burnt tongue, cravings be gone for now :-)
