Starter motor?
Hey All,
Just wondering if anyone can confirm that the sound in the vid is my starter in the way out? Or what it may be?

Thanks Tony, wasn't actually sure if it was the starter motor. Thanks for your response.

Put a long screwdriver or metal rod into the engine bay, touching the starter motor and get somebody to crank while keeping the other
end of the rod to the ear. That way you can pin point the location of the noise better.
Also try tapping the start with the same long rod while cranking/starting the engine and see if the screeching noise gets worse or better.
