Amy cracked a rim in her car yesterday, 1 new rim from Toyota is $400.
Managed to find a set of 4 second handies that are exactly the same for $350 but I have to drive all the way to Doreen tomorrow to pick them up. Then we're up for the cost of a couple of tyres now too.
It effing never ends.

I am taking a punt that the rims were for low profile tyres. Just about need a fourby just to drive into town these days the roads are that bad.
My advice is: not to follow my advice.

Our new work cars all have alloys and the service manager was filthy because when muppets start cracking rims on kerbs it's gonna cost a fortune. The old cars all had steel rims that you could just bash out with a hammer if they got dented.
