I always try and fit the original style black rubber bushes. I have been told that they wear out quicker than polyurathane, but they still have a few advantages.
I suggest to buy yourself a cheap press. Those cheap units on eBay with a 12T bottle jack work really well for doing suspension bushes. The money you spend now on a press will outweigh getting someone else to do it.
The only thing you need to get or fab up is tool that fits exactly over the bushes to be removed. I used a modified old bush where the OD of the bush was slightly smaller so pressing out old bushes wasn’t an issue.
Once that is sorted. Only uses genuine bushes. The rubber quality is far superior.

I had a local fitter/engineer turn a piece of bright steel into a drift that made it easier to use my 10 ton Supercheap press to fit the bushes. Only for $10-15 but I provided the steel.
