There's just no stance in a cruiser.

What is the charge? Eating a meal? A succulent Chinese meal??

Remove all the old inline use holders and went with an ebay eBay box for $20
Led lights come on to show if a fuse is blown. Much cleaner, I’m so happy.
I also trimmed the factory fuse box lid as it was a pain to remove, it kept catching on the factory harness. Can’t even tell it’s cut but it’s so easy to remove and refit now.

Installed the Boss Coil Tower Brace Kit, piece of cake installation. Less than an hour to do the lot, coil spring compressor and no need to undo shocks or sway bar.
Just about took me longer to raise the car and remove and refit wheels. Nice bit of kit.
    Cheers

You're a better man than me Jack. How'dya go with those bolts nuts fiddling on top next to fuel lines... I invented new swear words doing those.

Actually had no issues, cleaned it up and put silicone on the top plate of the brace then loosely bolted in place using the bump stop bolts. Had room to place the nuts on top, started the thread and hit it with an 18v impact driver (also used loctite). Then redid the bump stops, I will check the fuel lines to make sure they aren’t touching.
    Cheers

Fitted front brake pads, gu has 190,000km and the pads where genuine Nissan in it couldn’t be the factory pads after that many km surely?

I used bendix pads same as the rears now, I’ve never had an issue with em so stick with what I know.

Finally got around to installing my second auxiliary battery today, for a total of 270AH.
Nothing like a couple of cold beers while up the bush, and no fear of running the batteries down too low.

2"lift is out and brand new rear shocks have been fitted with the standard springs. The vehicle sits as solid as a rock on the road and the ride is smooth.
My advice is: not to follow my advice.
