So took the patrol in to check air bags out and mine isn't in the recall, and tps got done so happy days..
Also asked about the dash and they said no..
They only warrent dashes within 6 years..
The reason is they reckon I'd the dashes haven't bubbled in 6 years they will be fine..
So unfortunately no dash change for us..
    Cheers

The only good thing about an 80 series is..... the front end?? Wrong!!, the Engine?? Wrong!! the Full Time 4WD system?? Wrong!! Its the NissanPatrol.com.au stubby holder fitted over the transfer lever.

You're a naughty boy... you are sooo gunna get moderated... you used "Nissan" and "pushing it" in the same sentence
Dolphins are so smart that within a few weeks of captivity, they can train people to stand on the very edge of the pool and throw them fish.

Theres news on Patrol4x4.com of Nissan replacing affected Dashs this month free if the customer pays fitting when theyre taking their rigs in for the airbag replacement guys, might be time to ask the same question as we take ours in......
Who compares TD4.2s to ZD30s anyway? Its like saying your mums SS is better than your little sisters Camira.....
