Ducted heating issues.
So my vulcan Bonaire heater stopped working last night.
Tried resetting from the control panel nothing. Tried resetting from the control box in the unit nothing. Cleaned out the return air fan, poked a bit of wire in the burners to clean out any carbon and wiped down the flame sensor still nothing.
These are the codes I'm getting.
Hc 01 is heating, but no idea what F12 is. My mate Google was no help here. Going by the led lights gas pressure and flame.

Try turning it off at meetings power mate? Might need to reset the eco? Ok there is no eco but might reset the controller?

I think this matches your unit?

Pg 42 - F12 looks like a comms error. The pad can't detect the unit?

I had it plugged out for 10 minutes. I read that somewhere. No change.

I've bookmarked that owners manual as it has 5 more very important pages.

It wasn't easy to find. Had to dig a bit but got there in the end. Glad it was what you needed!

Won't believe it the same problem came up today. Fixed now, but seriously need to look at this. The evaporated cooler runs off the same control panel and that has stopped working twice this last summer. I wonder if the problem is the control panel and not the actual unit.
