@Fireblade mate, if your interest here is for your good old GQ happily acquired back and just posted, pretty sure it won’t fit, your rails are narrower than a GU I believe?
EDIT: My apologies, it was ‘Auspecial’ with his GQ just posted :-)

Out of interest and info for future thread searches. I have fitted the Nissan OEM GUIV Towbar to my GQ. i had to drill a couple of new holes and make the captured nut rack but it went straight on.
A GQ tow bar bolts to the side of the chassis rails and the GU as above mounts to the underside of the rails. More fixings and a longer mount on each side.
Its a Nissan! =====> Its a Keeper!! ....... Got a TD42 in it BONUS!! ....... I'm a lucky bugger! I've got 2 of em!
