My 5t 2 poster is in the planning stages, just need to settle on the land, then the first thing that goes up is the shed and hoist - NO MORE GARGAE FLOOR for me

So out in the shed ans pulled out the trim clip.kit I had and the one I bought the other day and am pleased there is quite a big difference between them juailtifying the purchase for sure.

Thanks for the info. I'm currently using a wet dry vaccum, but it obviously file very quickly especially with the thicknesser.

I ended up getting a Ryobi 30L wet dry vac to use on the drop saw.
You'd definitely need something bigger for use with a thicknesser.

Well I'm very very happy now with both the saw and the thicknesser. Yes, for the perfectionist out there, it isn't buzzed and therefore not perfectly straight but I can only make do with the tools I have. This is naturally seasoned messmate from the bush across from mine, intended to become a coat hook with old railway pins mounted when it's finished. Stoked with how easy it was to get the timber to this stage and how quickly too.
