Emmbo's in Traf mate Andrew round the corner is a tad dear at the moment
ive got the charger on at the moment see if that will bring the battery up over night
had the car running started ok but don't understand why the battery went flat while
sitting for two days
run the multi metre over it seems ok to me I would think its ok but I'm not an
auto elect

Have you got a multimeter there? I can drop in on the way home this arvo, about 5pm?
Just keep it on the charger now and we can do a few quick tests.

So you've had it running since the start of this thread?
When it wouldn't start did things like the interior light and headlights still work?. When you turn the ignition on, did the alternator and MIL warning lights come on in the dash?.
It may pay to check the main earth lead to the engine is clean and tight.

G'day Rodney every thing worked ok glowed up
hit the key just a very loud growl
was talking at the time and just thought I missed the start
so glowed a gain nothing
could be the earth ill have to wait to do that one cant bend real well at the moment

yes we did it did all the cranking while getting fluids up
when we jump started it seemed ok
charged up the old battery and stared good
only put a new batt in cause the old one been in 2yrs
then drained it so new one
