4.5 petrol auto cutting out on right hand corners..??

I found an old thread covering this but no response for years on a diagnosis..?

2001 Gu 4.4 auto is stalling out on right hand corners, roundabouts etc.. tank is half full.. leftys pose no problems .. will just stall and sometimes keep running when going thru a intersection etc..or can get a good 'kangaroo hop 'going which is fun..

seems to pointing to some sort of fuel issue ?
    any ideas

    cheers,
    Gav

My old Falcon did this years ago... turned out to be one of the wires inside the steering column had worn through and when turning one way (can't remember if it was left or right) it shorted out and stalled the car.
    Funny as though!

I think ive got an idea on whats going on thru the process of elimination.. when i fill the tank up it dosnt do it..so this leads me to believe it is sucking air on right handers on low fuel..
So where would i look first to check this out'? . the sender maybe?? or any other ideas would be appreciatted..

FYI, The fuel tank sender/pump is pretty easy to get out, there is a access panel just under the rear cargo area carpet.

I doubt it would be sucking air, the pump is in the tank close to the bottom.

Yeah not much prior history to go off, could even be a pinched
fuel line where it goes along the chassis at the rear wheel arch,
but cant see how it would work one way and not the other
@Winnie your theory is that power is being cut maybe if turning the wheel
seems like the easiest one to check first the cutting out from full to 1/4 tank is the baffling bit IMO

Mine does it. So i just found out yesterday. Same 1/4 tank left. Right hand turn or gun it from the lights then she goes dead from fuel starvation and picks back up.
Mines fitted with an outback accessories Sub tank. So im thinking that maybe its not internally baffled or the fuel pick up is not in the right location.
