Got approval today from my local council to run my driving school as a home occupation. There are a couple of conditions, but I can live with that. lol
Winner of 'Best 4 x 4 ' at the 2017 Albany Agricultural Society Inc - Town n Country Ute Muster.
Ex Telstra - 2005, 4.2 TDi ute -with pod and more fruit than a grocery shop.

You need council approval to open a driving school business?? Cant see how that could be detrimental to the local residents. You're on the road, not like you're splitting logs in the back yard.
What is the charge? Eating a meal? A succulent Chinese meal??

I paid $220 for my planning application - approved today by Council, and I pay about $73 per year renewal for I don't know what. It'll be a mobile business and all I'll be doing at home is cleaning and garaging the car and sitting at my lappy doing invoices.
Anyway, I'm one step closer. Nuff said. lol.
