    Weird noise GU

hey everyone I cant seem to find this unique noise that's coming from my engine bay, it happens in the morning when I leave for work or when the engine has cooled down or has stopped for a while and it eventually goes away usually after 5-15ish minutes of driving I first noticed the noise about about 2-3 weeks ago. I haven't had a loss of power and the car seems to drive fine to be honest, the noise appears about 3k-4.5k rpms

Most recent things I have done to my patrol is I've changed the intercooler and pipes about 4 months ago, noise wasn't there when I replaced the intercooler and pipes and I have tighten all bolts again. I've replaced my catch can from a hpm to a provent about 3 months ago.

Now details about my patrol, its a 2011 zd30 common rail has done about 260k kms on it, car hasn't been fitted with any gauges yet, I know I'm not loosing any power. If anyone has had this issue or knows roughly what it could be please let me know.

Here's a video link of the noise too

My 03 zd30 used to scream like a angry cockatoo when cold, only for a few minutes, related to revs and boost. Loose exhaust manifold nuts. Only 2 of them. Tightened them, noise gone.

Mine was intercooler pipe clamps not tight enough. Very similar noise and symptoms to exhaust leak.

I see you say you've checked them.. So had I. I ended up making up a very rudimentary bung to pressure test the whole system. About 40% of my joints were leaking(new system) and I had to tighten them way past what I thought would be reasonable. I'll bet my bottom dollar if it's a squealing type noise and you've played with intercooler pipes that's what it is.
