I think I went a bit heavy on the paprika, but the red wine also played a part. Turned out so rich we had a struggle finishing it - super heavy and smokey I suppose. Also, the recipe called for the taggliatelli to be added to the broth, but in hindsight it would have been better with the noodles on the plate and a lump of brew on it.
The QC Manager didn't get past sticking his head into the pot - probably would have given him the trots!

As MB said, we just ordered 7 x 1.5kg succulent roasts today!!!
This is from our local butcher very renowned for quality so we are in for a treat folks!
Weather is not looking too bad either!
Rossco, you're good to go for the pumpkin still?

Yep all good for pumkin think there's about 10 in the patch I'll do a count tomorrow. Was thinking you could grab sum local spuds winnie. . But on it !!
