Can anybody give me any advice for the roller coaster that this is.
I am truely gutted about this happening
Have drained the water out of the trans and it's sitting on the street
have you tried wholesale automatics ???

Will more water cause more damage because it was properly full of water not just a little bit.
Note that it has all been drained out

Think you would have to completely disassemble box and clean all components but did you drive it how far etc may come into it , if answer is no you may save it by removing and thoroughly cleaning but not an expert.

Did you have any symptoms of the box failing before finding the water?

No I drove it into my driveway and flushed the radiator out. Bled the system of air bubbles and then when I went to reverse out of the driveway it wasn't staying in gear and wouldn't drive forwards or backwards
Then pulled the tranny dipstick to see a beige coloured liquid that isn't tranny fluid and after that I dropped what ever the fuck it was out of the box so now it's sitting with nothing in it
