Tell me about it. Bought one 8 months ago and hate it.

    The good: 2wd, awd, 4x4.

The bad: front wheel drive 2wd, 2.5L gutless petty. CVT (Errgh!). Ergonomics. Fuel guage 50% out. Gear selector solenoid dodgy so have to use shift lock button a lot.

    The ugly: Ugly.

What is the charge? Eating a meal? A succulent Chinese meal??

Picked up the GQ last Thursday after throwing three grand at it for a major service plus a few bits and pieces , spent all weekend cleaning it up inside and starting to pack for the Kimberly trip .
Had to go into town this morning and the bloody thing cut out halfway in and wouldn't restart so I'm thinking for a split second what have they done to it and then had a horrible feeling could I be out of fuel the gauge only works when full but I've always relied on the low fuel warning light .
Sure enough out of fuel and because I cranked it the lines were full of air and a bitch to get going and keep going .
Now what's made me angry is with the draws and partitions in the back I can't get to the sender unless I drop the tank and that pisses me off the most .

Actually think we just flooded it, moved it from under the carport done some stuff 2 it moved it back, then later on in the day Erin went 2 start it.... just wound over would go 2 start but wouldn't fire. Had a look on the net and it seems 2 be a common problem if u only move it a short distance the can flood. So foot 2 the floor wound it over nothing, tried again nothing.... by this stage the battery was not happy, pulled the battery out of the corolla and hooked it up via jumper leads, foot 2 the floor it.... nothing, tired it again and fired up with a big puff of smoke, smoke cleared and seems fine.

Taking it 2 the mechanics in a few week for a check over 2 make sure all is ok, won't worry about driving it until then.

So just went to help a staff member with email. Problem needs Outlook setup. Turn on PC open Outlook, it's already setup, so I guess that their password has expired, they've changed it, but not updated Outlook, correct appraisal.

New password supplied was incorrect. Huffed at by staff member, just use the password the computer remembered. I say, no, it'll be your old password. They disbelieved me. Given new password, that didn't work either. Staff member walks into office, huffed at again as if to say you're an incompetant useless annoyance who obviously doesn't know anything.

Staff member tries all passwords supplied, none work. Starts going through their list of passwords, stumbles across one that works and wasn't supplied.

I politely pointed out that once I'm given the things you've setup I can certainly configure things for you.

This is my 30th anniversary year in IT support and I still come across rude people like this.
