We are leaving on Sunday or Monday, so counting the sleeps now. The trip is just the missus and myself solo vehicle, and we are both looking forward to a decent break from the routine.
I am green with envy, have fun and safe travels.

I mounted & plumbed up my genuine provent catch can - I had an aftermarket copy in there originally - shit plastic & the lid never screw on properly, it had a stainless mesh 'filter' unlike the proper filter the provent has . Made a better bracket for it , heat shrinked & hose clamp all the hoses in - I've surprised myself with the professional finish haha

Sorted the head phones out in the new car. So now we can listen to music while the young fella can separately listen to his dvd while he watches it.

Installed the new OEM manual locking hubs. Removed, cleaned and regreased the sway bar ball joints, and removed and pressed in new OEM lower control arm bushes in the LHR lower arm. Buggered my home made bush removal dolly too. Now have to make another one, but stronger.

Fitted the replacement fuel flowmeter on the supply side of injector pump and it appears to be the correct range, so waiting to receive the return line flowmeter, then should be able to monitor fuel use more closely.
New Makita Blower arrived today also, so fitted the battery and blew all the crap out from around the rats nest of cables under the bonnet - very powerful and fully adjustable airflow. Going to make fire stoking so much easier especially when the wood is damp.

Found some old 'Wee Willem' type cigars in the house to start investigations on a first ever experienced vaccuum leak arisen. Snow temps do weird things to trucks/parts! Thanks YouTube :-)
