    Oil leak 2007 CRD Patrol

Hi, I'm new to the forum with minimal mechanical knowledge. Just looked under the bonnet of my Patrol and I notice oil leaks around the intercooler, especially at the front. I have attached a couple of pictures, any suggestions as to the problem much appreciated.

maybe loose turbo hose clamps or there might be a hole in the hoses.
or a hole in the intercooler.

if it were me ide clean it all up and tighten the clamps and look for any obvious hole the the hoses.
sometimes if you over tighten hose clamps they cut into the hose and cause this stuff.

Not to worry mate, this is the result of blowby and oil around these areas is very common. Fit a good catch can, clean the intercooler and piping out and you'll stop seeing the oil buildup

i agree the oil is from blow by and catch can will stop the oil being there in the first place but the fact the oil is getting oil means there is a leak and also would be loosing boost air to.
catch can will keep it clean but you need to seal the leaks as well
