What started that off mate.
My knee let go yesterday morning - ambulance and xray yesterday, GP today, Physio Monday, MRI Thursday next week, review on the 16th. That's if I have any money left.

Pinged it training mate, brazilian jiujitsu(pyjama wrasslin), two loud pops and a lot of pain. About a month ago now, no improvement so the physio told me i have to get an mri before we do anything further.

I feel your pain mate.Cant say mine was caused by training. I just turned left and my leg turned right. Shit it hurts though. Good luck with it.

Same here, we have it everywhere. Friends of ours who basically spend their lives travelling/cruising always take it on travels and spray everything they will be touching as soon as they enter the cabin/room. Touch wood never been sick and they were on cruise once where nearly everyone got gastro expect them.
Cheers
