Machinist needed s/e burbs of Melbourne

Hey guys,

Sorry to post this here as opposed to one of the mechanical areas but I was looking for big exposure on it.

I need to get my fuel rail drilled out(ports from 11mm to 13.75-13.8mm) and I've had a bugger of a time finding somewhere down my way that'll do it?

It can't be done at home on a regular drill press because it wouldn't leave the ports clean/smooth enough.

Anyone know of any machinists/fitters & turners who could do it?

Have you got a solid drill press?
A drill followed by a Reem will have you at the size you want with a smooth finish.

it wont help since there closed now but the boys at 4bfab did mine, maybe try find where joel is tuning these days and talk to them

Found an engine builder in the neighbourhood who can do it for about the same or less than the cost of the required drill bits and ream so I'm just going to farm it out to save time.

I'll have a full enough plate with fabricating the dump pipe this weekend.
