Gotta hand it to you, Nic. Good, solid work.
My advice is: not to follow my advice.

More projects for me. I have a few various boxes laying around. This weekend I sprayed a few of them black to match the tray and mounted 160w solar to the top. I have a 200ah lithium arriving this week and will be producing a mount and mounting it this week. Can't wait!

Finally made a curing cabinet for my salamis to cure in. Now I don't have to worry about outside temps curing the salamis too fast if it warms up a bit.
Made from a second hand fridge I bought on market place. Inkbird temp controller, Inkbird humidity controller, a humidifier, a computer fan and some racking from Bunnings.

The only other thing I need to get is a dehumidifier, already ordered, as I have found I am struggling to keep the humidity down to around 70%.
All built for around $350. Better than 3K for a purpose built Cleaver Cabinet.
