Well it wasn't today, it was about a month ago.
Bought a splashback for the kitchen makeover. It arrived about 2 months ago, I didn't unpack it as it's best to keep things packed until you need it. There were some bumps in the packaging, but I thought nothing of it. Move forward 1 month and I unpack the splashback. Sure enough it's damaged.
I contact the supplier/manufacturer. They were exceedingly apologetic & helpful. Sent out a new splashback as fast as they could, got it within 3-4 days from QLD to VIC. They couldn't have done more, kept me up to date and happy.
The supplier/manufacturer was Reflections Splashback in QLD somewhere, highly recommended.
I'm going to try and tag @Cuppa as he was interested in this stuff.

The 747
Wayne from Smithi Engineering helped me out with a faulty Gigglepin winch solenoid I have. It was a month out of its warranty period but he got onto Gigglepin and asked them to replace it for me as a good gesture.
New one was sent to me in the mail today

Thanks Matt, you may have seen in another thread that I ended up going with tiles in the end. Couldn’t justify the expense of ‘Reflections’, as I believe you have to buy full sheets. Tiles came from the Masters closing sale & cost me around $50 or $ 60 by the time I bought adhesive. For those who want glass the ‘Reflections’ seems like a cost effective way of getting the same effect, including heat resistance. Would love to see yours when it’s done.

Started washing some stubbies getting ready to bottle my American Pale Ale. God it smells so nice this brew. So fruity. You can see the colour of my next brew in the tube with the hydrometer in it. Wont be ready to sample until ayleast the last week of Jan though.
