So I bought this little plastic welder stitcher a couple of weeks ago. Was not going to post it here but had to use it today to weld the head of our carpet shampooer. It works just like I expect and is perfect for the job. Will be handy to stitch up a motorbike guard too I reckon....













I got it off ebay and was about $30 I think.

Yeah I stumbled over an engine crane almost new in Lara for $100 2 weeks before my hoist arrived and used it to help erect the hoist. I intended yo sell as soon as the job was done but have held onto it specifically for lifting bull bars and or Himount winches off the front of the GQ. Single handed winner for sure mate.

So I unsuspecting had an rdo yesterday. I was already out and thought bugger it, I'll pick up a local labour hire shift for a couple of extra bucks. It was next to Bunnings and I had about an hour to peruse Bunnings before starting my shift.

I reckon I scored a few bargains, especially the drills, thrilled with them!

Fyi:

Disc sander: $30
Spade bits: $15
Drills: $10.. this one is a bloody mega bargain!

was that list pricing or bargain bin clearance? keen on the speed bores and the drill bits, the drill bits are probably pretty average to be fair but great for grunt work and sacrificial if needed. Those smaller sizes tend to break of get flogged out quickly. Some of mine just walk away though! Farking things! i provide a good environment but they still just up and leave. can explain it. Fairies i reckon

Bargain bin clearance unfortunately mate. Yep I'm not expecting massive things from the drills but I couldn't let them pass for that price!

Those craftright drill bits are biggest pieces of shit drill bits I have ever used. When I bought my kit they came in a steel box. I knew they were cheap wanted them for the box basically and over time fill it with quality drill bits, I have never seen HSS with that much flexability before and so piss weak.

Great to know lol. I'll keep my good bits for use on quality work and leave the craft right crap for stuff where there is potential to break em

Annoyingly I cannot find my spanner set anywhere. Probably one of the tools I have had the longest. I reckon I lent it tosomeone and they just haven't given it back yet but hopefully they turn up.either way I lashed out today as I'm in need of a set of spanners and purchased these pretty excited to give him a test run will post feedback when I use them.
