    Edit : Actually. WTF? Thats very custom under there. I see no batteries and the air box is, where? Theres some serious coin thats been spent in there alone. Nice find!

    I bought a Redarc temp sensor so I can see what the outside temps are. Just coz I really want to gauge how quick the kettle will boil. Lol. I also have a oil temp sensor I want to fit aswell but haven't really had the time to look at the Patrol as of late due to a few other happenings.

    Perfect opportunity to put a switch in to change the sensor from ambient to oil temp

    I'd like to know how you did that mate. Just the main sensor wire from each sensor I take it goes via the switch?

    Yep, just the negative wire (Redarc support were very helpful before I hooked anything up) they informed me the sensing wire was the negative wire.
    BTW my air temp negative wire was red and positive was black for some reason!
