I ran short of the walling, I'll go get some tomorrow. Mounted the door track today, so happy with the end result20220420_161124.jpg20220420_161140.jpg
@MudRunnerTD seeing as it's hanging do you think I need a diagonal brace on the door?

Looking great mate. The door is hanging across rhe top so bracing is probably not needed. Easy to retro fit later is it needs it.

The only good thing about an 80 series is..... the front end?? Wrong!!, the Engine?? Wrong!! the Full Time 4WD system?? Wrong!! Its the NissanPatrol.com.au stubby holder fitted over the transfer lever.

Once the frame is sheeted it will be great, won't need the bracing unless it's super heavy or being flogged back and forwards. The door sheet will smash it.
