Just a heads up, but if anyone is interested, we are running a sale over on the website at the moment for Aussie Day.

    https://openskytouring.com/

We are also still looking for a reseller in Melbourne and Adelaide (or anywhere) if anyone knows any good Aussie businesses that might be interested.
Between Patrols ATM. Had a beaut GU with 6.5 Chev TD. Next is a GU ute with a 4.5 litre Cummins conversion and a camper on the back.

Hands down, honestly the best camping boxes on the market by far, thanks heaps again Ben Mate!

We’ve just smashed nearly 1,800km across Tasmania in 2 weeks with the majority in either LR mountain chalkie dust as tail end charlie and or sandblasted higher speed magnificent west coast beaches albeit we scored some serious horizontal Indian Antarctic precipitation on last beach run days :-)

Zero dust or water inside our 4x rooftop family clothing Expedition boxes, couldn’t be happier myself and fully endorsed expenditure now from Mrs MB

Yep, I had both boxes on the roof and contents were clean and dry.
Wish I could say the same about the contents of the canvas roof bag! (user error possibly)

FWIW: Oztenties and teenager Tagalong’s are great for fast family spacious adventures although their ingenious creators do need to sit down with Ben for a quick lesson on real life weather proofing in transit!

Their rooftop carry bags are as useless as tits on a bull and do require a final home base setup before dry storage unlike all our other bone dry yet stinky sealed worn clobber :-)

2.2meter?? As in - full length of the roof rack?

The cost of that mould would probably mean I go back to baked beans and tinned peas and corn for about 3 years...

Thanks for all the great feedback lads. Hope you're all happy if I cross post a bit of that onto FB and Insta as always. NP Forum get plenty of wraps in our posts. Part of the family!
Between Patrols ATM. Had a beaut GU with 6.5 Chev TD. Next is a GU ute with a 4.5 litre Cummins conversion and a camper on the back.
