Was with the impression the TB45 was not delivering all it was supposed to. Car was feeling very constrained at higher RPMs and not liking to work on that range. I had already used those fuel system cleaning products a couple of full tanks ago to some improvement but still not yet where I was expecting the performance to be. Air and Fuel filters brand new as well.
Then I took the GU on a trip where I had to drive it for hours on the highway, with opportunities to rev it higher for overtakes and to keep it revving up hills and I really think the cleaner finally got rid of any clogging or whatever was holding it back. The car came back from the trip so much nicer to drive, engine is so much readier on the throttle and I dare to say even more torquier then before.
All the TB45 was needing was a good stretch!

That’s Melbourne mate. Twelfth best city in the state of Victoria after Geelong, Bendigo, Ballarat, Traralgon, Shepparton, Mildura, Warrnambool, Sale, Bairnsdale, Wangaratta and Wodonga.
Add Portland, Swan Hill and Echuca to that too.
15th best city in Vic mate.

Twelfth? LOL. Being Friday night where you are, I see your point! LOL.
But back to the picture, night city view with illuminated bridges is something I appreciate. Here, rivers that cross big cities are usually ugly and stinky.

Gotta take a win whenever possible! One of my kids had a sliding door that had chewed out a roller. Got a professional to look at it for a quote. He just shook his head and left.
Well the young Inlaw and I had a go at fixing it. Used a couple of pieces of 2x4 to spread the frame, and some tools to shave down the slate flooring enough to swing the door out of the frame. Got the wheels changed out and the door works, but we have to get a profile piece to replace the rail. Take that, Mr Professional!
My advice is: not to follow my advice.
