make one...you tube jam jar fox whistle,even just a bit of tin ....i made them and they sound good,i'm just to impatient to whistle one up,,i wait for them to go to the chook pen

Don't actually use it much at all , in a club that do fox hunts but we have enough people so some line up and the others scare them towards the shooters .
One property we were on we had to look up in the trees , the cunning buggers were climbing up dead hanging branches and sitting on branches up in the tree , never seen it before .

Yeah thats the one, sends my dog bonkers ha ha ha
as for foxes up trees up Balranald one time we put
some dead rabbits up trees near camp and waited till the
foxes climbed up after them then BOOM no more foxes.
still havent come across a feral cat yet they are clever eh. lol
Next time you have spare fox tails give me a buzz.
A mate was going to make me a fox pelt doona for camp in winter.
but ended up getting a heap of roo pelts dyed and tanned and
my mate made a doona out of that, very warm on a cold night
