Power steering hose for 03 tb48

    Hi

My power steering hose is leaking. The one from steering box to power steering pump must have a split under the rubber heat shield as its dripping quiet bad but i cant see where its coming from. From my quick search online it looks like i need to buy the whole hose esembly?

Does anyone know where i can buy one or has it in stock? (Patrolapart does not have it in stock acording to their website)

Has anyone on the forum done the job before?

Want to try and get it done asap cheers.

Ring them tomorrow just in case, failing that try this bloke, shipping would be minimal.

Hi @LuRkIn yes you would need to buy the whole assembly. Patrolapart from what i seen was the cheapest.
Or... do what I did and hit up the local Enzed bloke. He charged me $150 to replace the flexible hose coming from the reservoir to the hard piping and and another piece of hose that needed doing too. You will find they use better crimp fittings and hose too than whats on there so you shouldnt have an issue again.
Its an easy enough job though just fiddly getting to the connections.
