Sorry I haven't updated on here for a while as I usually use explorer and this site won't load for me
Just tried chrome and it loads instantly.
I am now up to the stage where we have jury rigged all the essentials and have the engine running, transmission shifting, brakes and power steering functional.
Now the tedious process of tidying and fitting all the fiddly bits neatly and properly begins.
Once it is all mechanically sealed and tidied up it will get the Arctic flares fitted
Then of to Mike from XLR8 for a custom winch bar to suit the flares.
I bought a Red Winch Viper which arrived last week. Its huge for a low mount!!!

Hi Ewan. How is the build going. I am new to this forum, and am planning on a Portal Axle build in 3-4 months from now. I am keen to discuss the Portal Axles with you and get any advice you may have. Mine will be going into a 2004 4.8 .
Would love some feedback on how the Portals feel.
Tony
