    The battery your being sold will always be their oldest stock first.
    unless the person selling it to you is a mate, then they'll give you the newest one hay!.

    If they don't sell many batteries it could be a couple yrs old sitting on the shelf before you buy it.
    and who recons it's been maintained properly while on the shelf.

    Ive been observing a few batteries sitting out the front of the local autopro store, they are so old the cases are fading.

    Good point there the chap I got it off is kinda a mate got the better of the 2 this time
