No motivation whatsoever and end up to bloody bugged to do anything.

This nights is pissing me right off
They have been juggling jobs and people for years know.

Sales have gone from nearly $40M to a forecast of $13M for the next financial year all in less then 10 years.
There are people who are happy to go with a package and some are happy to stay on. So I don't see a problem....

    Sorry for the rant.
Probably could've gone in the angry thread.

Yeah mate, we don't realize how tough moving can be when we spend years gathering stuff.
As a former graveyarder, I can say green tea is good to stay awake and chamomile tea to help sleep.
These days, I drink green tea in the morning(stop before mid arvo) & chamomile tea at night.
Drinking lot of water after getting up from bed also help.

Night shifts are never easy for most guys.
I found out being strict with diet also helps a lot, though it's easier said than done.

Few more mods on the way

Should be all good next week. Kids back to school and I can get back to my stupid hours that my body is used to.

    3007 pages OMFG
I never go into the outback with out a decent supply of water,
and the general rule for how much you'll need is three litres
per day , per person, per man per degree over 25 degrees
celcius, per kilometer if walking on foot, in the winter months
dividing it by two, plus... another litre... at the end .... Russell Coight
