    Can I burn this

I've got some left over decking boards, was going to cut them down for kindling. Is it safe to use.

Pfft! Burn it anyways. Treated wood gives funky flame colours.

I remember visiting a potential client in SA who operated a timber processing facility, including CCA treatment of pine - right smack bang in the middle of this little town, all the houses had grown up around it, and they wanted to start generating their own electricity from the waste. Its not legal to incinerate CCA treated wood in any state in Australia, but these guys wanted a mixing system engineered so they could shandy the CCA into the feedstock - i walked away. They were not in the slightest concerned about the residues that would fall acros the entire town - unbelievable some people. The plant manager chased me for weeks trying to get me to commit to a solution, any finally had to get a bit direct with him about his legal position and ours.

I work with CCA treated poles daily. Drill through, hammer in, splinters, wood dust in eyes... It is not pleasant stuff as it is, let alone burning it and enjoying whatever fumes it gives off...

You don't need to ask to do that to a jeep or similar, actually you don't say anything, just do it without anyone knowing.
