Big poo is an involuntary thing that i dont have any choice with. It does help, but not the magic bullet I'm after.
Big wank ain't working for me, as it makes me even sleepier afterwards.
, and no the shagging ain't doing it for me either. I'm sure it does for women and many men, but not me.

Just think of the alternative to waking up and maybe that might make you happy

Have to agree with the youthful answers here sorry blokes...

If lachy sleeps all night until 6am I have that extra spring in my step!

Failing that, coffee, smoke, get the video ready for shower time

Coffee is good, but need more everyday to get the same effect and before I know it starts doing my stomach in.
Smoke is fun & stimulating for me in the middle of the night or late night, but can't do it regularly as I discovered my lungs and stomach can't handle that. Alcohol does it for me for a short period but leads to sleepiness within coupla hours, and not to mention it is an "unhealthy" way to start the day.
Guarana is good, but same like coffee, 'cos needs more everyday to get the same stimulent effect.

I'm still haven given up on finding that magic bullet.

I’ve never been a morning person. Took coffee & time (& in the past a ciggie or three) to wind up to the day

Since starting on a CPAP machine a couple of months ago I’m fully awake straight off most mornings.

Doesn’t necessarily make me feel happy, or stop me worrying about shit, although there has been a general improvement in both.

One thing I miss about the darts. The first one in the morning with the coffee. The good old days.

Like others, always feel refreshed when out camping.
When home I always wake up at the same time and usually tired. Lately I've been heading straight down to the pool, 1km swim, 20min spa and 15min sauna.
Home for breakfast and wonder what to do for the rest of the day.

Unfortunately not every day, two days a week I still go to work.
    Jealous?
    Cheers

Yes, and I won't hesitte to kill you if I can assume your identity.

If I can start the day by 1km swim, 20min spa and 15min sauna I am motivated enough to be happy no matter what.
And I won't wonder what to do for the rest of the day, 'cos I have a gift for finding enough things that I can't even have enough time for.

I definitely like working all the way to the last breath into very old age, if they allow me.
It's that I like doing it in my own terms.

Yeah, I think, many of us have sleep disorders that we don't even know we have 'cos we get kicked in the ass to get up in the morning and go to work no matter what. I most certainly am prone to sleep disorders, most likely inherited from the old fella.
Sleep apnea is one of the things, and even that can be result of many conditions inside nasal cavity and beyond. Allergies can be one of the mystery causes.
