    2013 ZD30 Is it a smart Alternator?

G'day, I've been trying to find this out with not much success (the title). I ran my engine for over 15mins idle and tested voltage at the battery and it was @ 14v ( not sure how long it can take for the voltage to drop for smart alternator).

Redarc website says it is a fixed voltage alternator.

Others say it is a smart alternator?

    Really confused (easy for me).

    Any help appreciated.

    Thanks
    Monksta

Nope... just an everyday good old fixed output dumb Alternator
Dolphins are so smart that within a few weeks of captivity, they can train people to stand on the very edge of the pool and throw them fish.

Thanks... Iwas wondering why I couldn't find it after I posted it

Does it always go to mods if I use that symbol?

    Cheers
