I finished at 7 this morning and had to do a few things, now I've got my second wind, but I'm going to pay for it later tonight

Yea had that a few weeks back..
Monday morning the brain was doing a million miles.
Didn't get any till Tuesday and slept 10 hours lol

ah the night shift again, not too keen on the one off's as they really throw you round, not as young as I once was. so its another 36 hr day. Will have to pickup some Morph 3 in the morning otherwise its a struggle

Yep.. I usually get 4-5 in the morning.
Had a full day planned. ...
Slept threw the lot..

Only one off in between doing nights, that sucks big time. We get 2 at the least.

I've been known to go to sleep before my kids and sleep 12 hours straight.

Well have re surfaced after 12 hr "sleep of the dead", ... a little numb but all good. 30+hour days are a joke
