I still think you should look at air getting into the system somehow before you fork out $$$.
Check all connections and cracks, holes in lines with a fine comb, it may be hard to spot but a lot cheaper than forking out for a new pump to find it was just a leak somewhere.

Unsure of 3.0L elecy issues very possible too but do know the only time my old dinosaur 6.5 diesel (still running 4.2L fuel delivery system) stopped on me intermittently was air. The friggin tinniest pinprick hole in the Nissan OEM filter would suck air in but barely visible drop diesel out when off pressure/parked. Was amazed a hole that minute could cause so much hair loss :-)

Sounds like a typical Di PCB failure in the pump.
It's not a serviceable item, you gotta do the whole pump.
You're probably looking at $3-4k , if it is that.

You could clean all of the lines (external) then try and crank it so it builds pressure if its not starting then do the inspection.

It hasn’t started all day and have check the lines quickly nothing showing up. Might be worth checking all the lines to see if air is getting in

If air was getting into the system, I imagine the motor would have been having intermittent cough & splatter symptoms, moments before coming to a grinding halt. . The fact it just stopped suddenly strongly suggests its the pump stopping high pressure delivery to the injectors.

That’s what I was thinking from the start bc there was no noise no bang or crunch almost as if I turned it off but didn’t.
And usually for me bc my pootrol is straight piped if it’s getting fuel and not firing I’ll get a white sort of smoke from the exhaust and a strong diesel smell but wasn’t getting anything

Have you pressurized the plunger and tried starting it?

It’s cranking and all but not firing.
I have a feeling it could be injector pump so how much am I looking at copping for that and can anyone recommend someone in metro Melbourne or surrounding east and south east suburbs for a repair.

Sorry Jack for not getting back to you today mate. I cant answer my phone at work, just too flat out. Then I just forgot to ring you back on my way home.
Your issue is identical to what happened to my 3.0 pump. It just stopped and refused to start. Same error code too. I think there is some places who reco these pumps and replace the PCB on the pump, which is what has died on yours I believe.
@Rossco. Whats the name of that guy again in Oakleigh who does the 3L motors? Id be ringing this guy.
