Patbrockie, I went thru this a couple of years ago with my local beaurepairs dealer, and it turned into a drama. I was running 31x10.5r15 on the factory white wide wheel pack. I wanted a second set of wheels for mud tyres. I was changing to 32 x 11.5R15 tyres and rims. It took them 4 different rim sets to resolve the offset as the calipers kept hitting the rim and would not go on. He claimed that Nissan changed the rim offset 8 times during the life of the GQ - unsure if thats true, but what every they settled on worked and I am now running 33 x 10.5R 15 BFG KM2's and they sit within the factory flare. I think @matfew or @Winnie are running 33's I think?

I run -22 offset rims with 33x12.5 tyres and they are just within the factory flares.
I have just done a GU diff conversion and they now sit outside the flares.

Yeah I got 33s but only 10" wide and offset off - 11 I think. 35s I have are - 30 or so I think from what I measured. Should be ok with most rims. What brakes do you have. The efi brakes are tad bigger and might be the issue

The EFI brakes fitted easily with my rims despite being a lot larger.

Going 33s mite be better to get a 8 inch rim...the 7JJ are only 7 but you will still fit the 33s on em just.
